A: Yes we do! We offer this service at both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports. This service allows the chauffeur to meet the passenger inside at baggage claim with a sign with their name on it. This service is just an extra $10.  er to this item.


A: We are available for rides 24/7. You can contact us anytime to make a reservation or to speak with one of our representatives through email, text or phone call.  er to this item.


A: Yes, Day of when the chauffeur for your appointment is assigned ,you will receive an text message with their name, photo, number, make, model, and license plate of the vehicle. You may also receive this information via email if you prefer.


A: All trips are provided with complimentary bottles of chilled spring water, wi-fi and our SUV's include Sirius XM, Limo's will also include glassware, cups, napkins, ice, sodas and Bluetooth connections for music. 


A: Absolutely! You may bring any beverages or snacks you desire. We do have a strict NO UNDERAGE DRINKING policy, and if our chauffeur sees it or smells it they may terminate the ride without refund immediately. If there is no one over the age of 21, alcohol will not be allowed to be brought in the vehicle no exceptions. 


A: We add a 20% gratuity on all our reservations. If you would like to give the driver more, then you are more than welcome to. The entire 20% will go towards your driver. We want to make the trip a smooth as possible for our guests. This way its not something you are having to do at the end of your trip. answer to this item.


A: Yes, we have access to vehicles that are equipped to handle individuals with mobility challenges.  


 A: Absolutely! We have a strict drug free policy. All of our drivers are drug tested upon hire and randomly tested as well. We also pull annual motor vehicle records. We have a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. All drivers must have their City of Dallas Transportation For Hire Permit, which requires a background check to obtain. We also do our own to keep on file. 


 A: In the extremely unlikely event that you have an issue with us, please give us a call 24/7,  and speak to one of our supervisors, and let us resolve any problem you may have. If you are still not satisfied, you can report complaints to the City of Dallas at (214) 884-6000 or by dialing 311.
